08000 Used to finish radii on dies or other parts requiring small contour grinding, this unit is perfect for the tool room, job shop, or any number of occasional use applications. Designed for long life and heavy use, the Sopko High Speed Attachment kit increases the productivity of your surface grinder. When attached, it’s like having an extra machine in the shop at only a fraction of the cost. The center distance between the surface grinder spindle and the attachment spindle is held to a minimum with our latest bracket design. The attachment spindle is shorter in length than competitive units, allowing maximum over-table use horizontally or vertically. The High Speed Attachment is furnished as a complete kit including all standard items listed below. Unit net weight 30.1 LB. Shipping weight 34 LB.

08004 5-9/16" Diameter flat belt pulley.
00200 (200-1) Adapter. Pulley is mounted on the adapter and balanced.

Optional Accessories for
Sopko High Speed Attachment.
The Sopko High Speed Attachment provides higher speeds than would ordinarily be obtained with other spindles. Capable of being mounted in any position about its axis, the unit attaches quickly and easily to the spindle housing and is held securely by two clamping screws. The drive pulley assembly is mounted and balanced on a wheel adapter 00200. Made from quality alloy steel, heat treated for strength, and precisely ground to maximize surface contact, the variety of eccentric bushings increases the unit’s versatility. And Sopko quality does not stop with the High Speed Attachment, it extends right into the most varied selection of grinding quills available anywhere.
